I redesigned the legacy experience across 7 interconnected modules, creating a more intuitive and scalable system while working within tight technical and operational constraints.

The challenge wasn’t just refreshing the UI — it was making a complex system easier to learn, use, and scale.

I simplified key workflows from 5 steps to 3, established reusable UX patterns and a shared component library, and created a foundation that could scale across the broader platform.
