WeCare Real estate

WeCare is a real estate agency based in Toronto. Their services mainly focus on buy, sell, renting, and invest in real estate. My duties for this project include UI designs for both desktop and mobile version websites.

The challenge

This website aims to help students and new immigrants buy or rent their first house/condo in Toronto. According to the customer survey from WeCare company, the primary customer group ages between 24 to 30. Also, most of these clients are new residents to Toronto, therefore, it is essential to employ a caring, user-centered UI design that helps new immigrants feel safe and relaxing.

The image below shows the primary information architecture of the website. In the following paragraphs, I will present my design deliverables according to this order ( from left to right ).

My approach

- Identify the essential needs of the WeCare group and its customer.

- List the important features that UI design needs to cover.

- Read the wireframe, create a feature checklist for each page. Start my design by creating an engaging mood board and style guide.

- Design desktop version.

- Design Mobile version.

- Deliver my design assets ( including web design pages, icons, style guides, images).
